There’s a theory that says that when arceus created the world it split into many powerful Pokémon such as dialga palkia garitina regular arceus so I’m convinced that beta arceus was the arceus that created the world Beta Arceus looks cool as a concept but isn't fully realized as a Pokemon. Real Arceus looks decently majestic but has a dumb fence around its body and doesn't look like a deity. This art basically combines the best of both worlds. Good job.
Considering a good sprite takes around a day to make by an experienced creator, and considering that it's just a simple image that won't require testing on the processing power of the DS or anything if it's changed, I wouldn't be surprised if they saved implementing the sprites until the very end of production, possibly weeks before shipping the game, and just had dumb, .
I just mostly picked the Pokemon that looked most similar to the beta designs. I just wish the Remoraid/Octillery designs more resembled their beta designs; it'd make a lot more sense with Gun to Tank than just Fish to Octopus. They could even be Water/Steel types. I really love the fan idea for beta Arceus. A being that humans can't even begin to comprehend, so we only see an odd/gaseous figure. I do wish Pokémon went down this route in Legends Arceus, or at least alluded to it. They did say that it gives you a piece of its power, so I guess that's the closest we'll get.
beta arceus honestly, if this was what Arceus actually looked like, it’d be absolutely terrifying, it looks like Milcery, deoxys and rapidash had a hellspawn that spends its free time chasing children down long dark hallways 10/10
